Blushing emerged through a lengthy process involving many superimposed layers of paint. Built up over time, condensed, reworked – until the surface acted like its own archive. Through very fine sanding, the layers were "opened" again. This creates lines, breaks, luminous traces, and unexpected color windows – not painted in the classical sense, but uncovered. The image not only shows color but also the journey to it. Blushing speaks of the momentary: of what flares up briefly, changes, and yet remains. A work about depth, structure, and an elegance that arises from time.

This is a museum-quality fine art print on heavy, matte paper.
