1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Felix Schulze Studio.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.

By completing the ordering process and clicking the corresponding button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email or put the goods into production or dispatch them.

4. Products

The shop offers the following products in particular:

  • Standard Prints / Fine Art Prints
  • Framed Premium Editions
  • Other art prints based on original works by Felix Schulze

All prints are based on original works by Felix Schulze. Color deviations between screen display and printed product are technically possible.

5. Individually Manufactured Products

A part of our offer, in particular Premium Editions, framed works and certain special formats, are individually manufactured to order.

Special conditions regarding shipping, returns and refunds apply to these products. The information provided on the respective product page and in the Refund Policy is authoritative.

6. Prices

All prices stated in the shop are final prices in the currency specified. Unless otherwise stated, prices are inclusive of legally applicable taxes, but exclusive of any separately stated shipping costs.

7. Payment

The payment methods offered in the shop are displayed at checkout. The purchase price is due upon completion of the order.

8. Shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

For Standard Prints, the shipping conditions stated in the shop apply.
For Premium Editions, different shipping costs and delivery times may apply. The information provided on the respective product page and in the Shipping Policy is authoritative.

9. Returns and Refunds

The provisions of our Refund Policy apply to returns, complaints and refunds.

In particular:

  • For Standard Prints, we grant a voluntary 30-day right of return in accordance with the Refund Policy.
  • For individually manufactured Premium Editions, there is no voluntary right of return.
  • Claims in the event of transport damage, production defects or incorrect deliveries remain unaffected.

10. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply, where applicable.
If a product is defective or deviates significantly from the order, please contact us promptly at the email address provided in the shop.

11. Copyright

All works, images, designs and content in the shop are subject to the copyright of Felix Schulze or the respective rights holders.

The acquisition of an original, print or art print does not transfer any rights of use, reproduction or exploitation. Any use beyond private use requires prior written consent.

12. Liability

We are fully liable for damages resulting from willful intent or gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, limb or health.

In all other respects, we are only liable for damages based on the breach of essential contractual obligations, and only to the extent of foreseeable, typical damage for the contract.

13. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

14. Applicable Law

The law of Switzerland applies, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence conflict with this. For EU customers, mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country of residence may also be applicable.

15. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be wholly or partly invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

What I would not include from this

I would clearly omit these points from the external GTC for you:

  • "from Münster or Berlin"
  • "prepayment or cash on delivery"
  • "orders must be placed in writing"
  • old art trade jargon
  • very strict disclaimers of liability
  • blanket place of jurisdiction without regard to consumer protection
