Returns & Refunds


We want you to be happy with your order. Since our shop offers both standard prints and custom-made premium editions, different conditions apply for returns and refunds.

1. Standard Prints

For our standard prints, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy from receipt of the goods.

A return is possible if you do not like the print or wish to return it. The prerequisite is that the item is in good condition.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Once the return has been received and inspected by us, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.


2. Premium Editions

Our premium editions, especially framed works and custom-made products, are produced on order in the selected size, finish, and framing.

For these products, there is no voluntary 30-day return policy.

Claims remain unaffected in cases of:

  • Shipping damage
  • Production defects
  • Incorrect deliveries

In such a case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and send us meaningful photos of the product and packaging.


3. Damaged or Faulty Items

Should an item arrive damaged or have a production defect, we will examine the case individually. Depending on the situation, we offer:

  • Replacement
  • Reproduction
  • or Refund

4. Refund

Once your return or complaint has been reviewed, we will inform you of the decision.

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method used.
